The Children’s Center is an approved evaluation site for Early Intervention, Preschool and School-Aged Evaluations. Our clinical staff has over 20 years of experience in providing exemplary evaluations for all children regardless of their level of delay. Our team of professionals includes: Occupational and Physical Therapists, Speech Pathologist, Vision Specialist, Psychologist, and Special Educator. Our Assistive Technology team collaborates to provide a comprehensive evaluation that enables a disabled child to fully access his environment.

These evaluations can be scheduled at your home, pre-k, daycare, child’s school or at our Commack Educational site.
